Natalie is a high-growth sales leader and startup advisor with deep experience scaling revenue and building high-performing teams across media, marketing, and adtech. She’s based in Los Angeles and can turn any group chat into a go-to-market plan.

Chief Revenue Officer
Jeff is an experienced Online Video and Digital Media sales and management executive. He has specifically built a strong background in digital media partnerships, premium programmatic solutions, and business development. He currently lives in Orlando, FL with his family and frequents Epcot.

Director of Sales
Hannah graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After graduation she stayed in Los Angeles to work in the Media industry and now has extensive account management and sales experience. She recently relocated back to her hometown of Jackson Hole, WY and works while traveling the world as a “Digital Nomad” during the off season.

Director of Business Development
Ryan Roubal is an experienced professional in affiliate marketing strategy and business development. A graduate of San Jose State, he currently resides in Sacramento with his dog. In his free time, Ryan enjoys bowling and golfing, and he also loves rooting for the SF Giants and Sacramento Kings.

VP of Client Services
Adam Yourist is a co-founder of Media Intercept, and calls Omaha, Nebraska home, where he lives with his wife, three dogs, and two cats (yes, it’s lively). He started in TV and film, then moved into the ad agency world, bringing a creative-first mindset to marketing that still sweats the details. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him chasing the next trip, catching a soccer match, or experimenting in the kitchen.

Manager, Publisher Partnerships
John Danielowich is a seasoned Ad Operations and Publisher Account Executive with over 15 years' experience in digital media, including managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various media as well as building lasting publisher relationships. In his free time, John enjoys cycling, snowboarding in winter, and collecting records.

Sales Director
Nick brings over a decade of diverse experience in media and brand partnerships. Before joining Media Intercept, he was an Account Executive at Hearst Media and also held partnership roles with Underdog Venture Team, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball, and CSM Sport & Entertainment. Nick earned his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and his BA from Skidmore College.

Media Planner
Blaire has 15 years of media planning and marketing experience including agency, in-house and freelance. Her last role was an Associate Director of Media & Analytics where she oversaw a team to plan and execute marketing strategies for clients. Her client experience spans a variety of industries including e-commerce, CPG, retail, finance, non-profit, and B2B. She has a bachelor of commerce degree and an MBA. She lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
