Media Intercept is looking to continue building our Sales Development team by hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is smart, driven and dedicated to help us scale our revenue engine. As an SDR your main focus will be generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executives.
What you’ll do:
Prospect and build a sales pipeline by conducting outbound sales and marketing activities in target verticals.
Leverage Account Based Marketing techniques and tools to identify and reach ideal sales targets (accounts and contacts).
Qualify inbound sales leads and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments for Account Executives.
Regular prospect engagement through persistent cadence: email, LinkedIn, etc.
Consistently log and record every outreach made in Hubspot, producing regular activity reports as requested.
Contribute new creative ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns leveraging market and industry insights - content, themes, messaging and tactics. Recommend improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
Participate in list building for business development campaigns.
Conference and event success support including pre-event appointment setting and post-event follow-up.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of business development experience
Experience in the online advertising space
Proven ability to nurture and generate qualified leads that drive closed sales
Self-motivated, team player with the ability to act autonomously and prioritize competing requirements
Capability to understand and communicate the function and benefits of complex solutions
Ability to personalize talking points and ask questions that get people talking
Ability to research and ask questions to quickly uncover pain points and needs
