Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to lead our online media company's advertising operations team. The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our digital advertising campaigns and ensuring smooth campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ad serving technologies and experience managing large-scale ad campaigns. This position is critical to ensuring that our company delivers high-quality campaigns and meets client expectations.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the trafficking and implementation of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including display, video, and mobile.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure performance goals are met and exceeded.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.

Manage relationships with ad technology vendors, ensuring that we are utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.

Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with at least 2 years of management experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technologies, including ad servers, verification, and measurement tools.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with campaign management tools, such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, and Facebook Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.

  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
